HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Text messages sent to an enabled DID are delivered via email
  • Email responses are delivered back to the sender as texts
  • Or messages can be forwarded as texts to a mobile number
  • Responses go to the original sender showing the DID as the source
  • Configuration is done via the TxtDID web portal
  • Each DID is mapped to one or more email addresses, or set to forward to a mobile
  • Messages logged and grouped into conversations; can be viewed and exported
  • Auto-response and compliance messages managed via the Portal
  • End-users invoke their existing email or messaging tools to read and respond
  • No special software to install or maintain
