HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Text messages sent to an enabled DID are delivered via email
- Email responses are delivered back to the sender as texts
- Or messages can be forwarded as texts to a mobile number
- Responses go to the original sender showing the DID as the source
- Configuration is done via the TxtDID web portal
- Each DID is mapped to one or more email addresses, or set to forward to a mobile
- Messages logged and grouped into conversations; can be viewed and exported
- Auto-response and compliance messages managed via the Portal
- End-users invoke their existing email or messaging tools to read and respond
- No special software to install or maintain
